Lagniappe Property Company was founded by Travis Bourgeois, a property management and maintenance professional with nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial property operations.

Travis began his career in 2002, building expertise in new construction, remodeling, general maintenance, landscaping, mechanical systems, and vendor coordination, and much much more! It was then he founded TMB Inc., and later started Stirling Management in 2013. Still operating in Aspen, Colorado, and throughout the roaring fork valley, Stirling Management continues to manage and maintain luxury homes and rentals, commercial properties, and even large ranch estates. Over the years, the property portfolio ranged from 35 to 85 properties. Currently the company is overseeing 40 properties.

After decades serving the Roaring Fork Valley — including Glenwood Springs to Aspen — Travis relocated to Chandler, Arizona, bringing his proven expertise and commitment to excellence to the Phoenix East Valley.
